Our team is available by phone during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, ensuring that calls are answered professionally and issues are directed to the right person as quickly as possible.

Our support team is also bilingual, helping us communicate clearly and effectively with a wider range of tenants and landlords. This is especially valuable when dealing with maintenance issues, tenancy questions, access arrangements, or urgent concerns where clear understanding is essential.

Instead of matters being delayed or missed, our office team helps log concerns, prioritise action, and keep the right people informed. They work closely with our property managers and dedicated works team to make sure problems are followed up and dealt with efficiently.

For genuine emergencies outside normal working times, Matkap Properties provides a WhatsApp contact number, giving tenants and landlords a way to report urgent issues when the office is closed. This helps ensure emergency matters can be flagged quickly and handled appropriately.
